Our kitchen garden, created in 2022, is a haven for biodiversity. Its development has been a true ecological adventure. Grown according to permaculture principles, it produces an abundance of 100% natural fruit and vegetables, without chemicals or synthetic fertilisers. We favour heritage and non-hybrid varieties to preserve authentic flavours and the richness of our terroir.
