Our oysters are raised at our oyster farm no. 007, then pass through our purification station using sterile seawater before being served at the table. An exceptionally short supply chain, managed by OSTREA from farming to the restaurant.
Is the restaurant open to guests who are not staying at the hotel?Read the answer
Our restaurant overlooking the lagoon is open to everyone, serving continuously from 12 noon to 11 pm. Booking is recommended. On weekends and public holidays, reservations are available only for dinner, from 8 pm.
Do you serve dishes other than seafood?Read the answer
Alongside oysters, fish and shellfish, our menu offers meat, pasta and vegetarian options. We also cook with organic fruit and vegetables from our permaculture kitchen garden.

The restaurant is licensed to serve alcohol and offers a selection of wines, beers and aperitifs.

Breakfast is included and served every morning from 8 am to 11 am under the pergola or on the terrace reserved for residents. Moroccan specialities are among its highlights.

Our two superior rooms can accommodate a third guest on the sofa bed. A cot can also be provided free of charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and booking channel you choose. They are provided before your stay is confirmed.

OSTREA accepts bank transfers and Visa and Mastercard payments through the secure CMI gateway with 3D Secure. Payments are made in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Relax under the pergola, take a trip on the lagoon or along the ocean, enjoy water sports or discover our oyster farms. Outdoor activities require reservations and depend on availability and weather conditions. We can book with the providers on your behalf, without fees or commission.

OSTREA is located within the oyster farming area of Oualidia, away from the village. Access is by car along a drivable track, and private parking is available on site.

Are drinks or other dishes served on this terrace?Read the answer
Tastings at the station are deliberately simple: oysters, lemon, a table and chairs. This is not a second restaurant.
