Oyster farming

Discover our expertise

Where oyster farming began in Morocco

In 1950, Mr Pierre Pincloux, originally from Vendée, discovered the Oualidia lagoon. Captivated by the place, he saw the ideal setting for Morocco’s first oyster farm. This is how Ostréa Parc 007 was born: a bold, pioneering oyster-farming venture that began Morocco’s oyster tradition. Today, Ostréa Parc 007 carries on its founder’s legacy while adapting to contemporary challenges.

The age of innovation

His son, Jacques Pincloux, has since taken over the family business. With a modern vision and a commitment to excellence, he has transformed, modernised and optimised the infrastructure, notably equipping it with a seawater purification station.
