Oyster farming

Discover our expertise

At the origins of Moroccan oyster farming

In 1950, Mr Pierre Pincloux, originally from Vendée, discovered the Oualidia lagoon. Captivated, he saw it as the ideal place to establish Morocco’s first oyster farm. Ostréa Parc 007 was born: a bold, pioneering adventure in oyster farming that marked the beginning of Morocco’s oyster tradition. Today, Ostréa Parc 007 is recognised as one of the country’s most efficient and innovative oyster farms, perpetuating its founder’s legacy while adapting to contemporary challenges.

The age of innovation

Since then, his son Jacques Pincloux has taken over the family business. With a modern vision and a commitment to excellence, he transformed and modernised the infrastructure, introducing innovative techniques.
