Oyster farm no. 007
A pioneering story since 1950
In 1950, Mr Pierre Pincloux, originally from Vendée, set his sights on the Oualidia lagoon to establish Morocco’s first oyster farm. This is how Ostréa Parc 007 was born.
Since then, his son Jacques Pincloux has taken over and modernised the infrastructure, making the farm one of the country’s most efficient and innovative.

A table open to the lagoon
Fresh oysters raised in our farms, fish caught in the region, vegetables from our kitchen garden and local spices: our menu celebrates the treasures of the Moroccan Atlantic. Simple, flavourful and responsible cuisine.
The journey continues in the intimacy of our five recently renovated guest rooms, each offering every modern comfort.
Each room is decorated in a unique colour palette, revealing a singular atmosphere and offering an exceptional panorama over the lagoon.
Our permaculture kitchen garden is a living ecosystem.
It produces natural fruit and vegetables without chemicals, including heritage varieties chosen for their authentic flavours.
Protected by a ribbon of dunes, the Oualidia lagoon is a wild jewel listed as a Ramsar site.
A haven for birds and marine life, it attracts lovers of ecotourism, boat trips and water sports.
